CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. • Same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Please text if you are running late. There is a 10 minute grace period. After this time your appointment will be subject to cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for all clients.
